Nutters Vegan Cauliflower Cheeze
The perfect accompaniment to any Sunday nut roast
Ingredients - serves 2-4 portions.
- 1 Large Cauliflower (leaves cut off), broken into pieces.
- 1 jar of Original Nutters Béchamel Sauce.
- 2 tbsp of Nutritional Yeast (optional).
- Salt & black pepper to taste.
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, then add the cauliflower and a large pinch of salt and cook for 5 mins – lift out a piece to test, it should be cooked. Drain the cauliflower, then tip into an ovenproof dish.
Heat oven to 200C/gas 7. Put the saucepan back on the heat and add the contents of the jar of Original Nutters Béchamel Sauce and bring to the boil while continually stirring until the sauce begins to become nice and thick. Turn off the heat and pour over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with the nutritional yeast and black pepper and pop into the oven!
Bake for 20 mins until bubbling and golden on the top and enjoy!
